Shantanu Sheorey has entered into an agreement to buy out 30% Share in the film from Divine Multimedia India for purchasing of IPR (intellectual property rights). Divine Multimedia is one of the only Indian Entertainment companies making films to international standards with professional production controls, completion guarantees, insurance, etc.
Shantanu Sheorey had set up a shrimp hatchery with an annual production capacity of 80 million P Mondon shrimp seeds. The hatchery has commenced commercial production since December, 1995. The hatchery project has been set up at village Nandgaon, District Raigad in Maharashtra which is nearly 140 km from Mumbai by road.
