Sundaram-Clayton has incorporated a wholly-owned Subsidiary in the name of ‘SCL Properties’ (SCLPPL) on July 22, 2024. The company has incorporated wholly-owned Subsidiary to undertake activities related to data center services, interconnection solutions, and a wide array of IT-related services.

The entire equity shares of SCL Properties have been subscribed by the Company. Consequent to incorporation, SCL Properties has become a Wholly-owned Subsidiary and related party of the Company.

Sundaram-Clayton (SCL) is one of the largest auto components manufacturing and distribution group in India. SCL is a leading supplier of aluminium die castings to automotive and non-automotive sector.
