Sportking India has informed that 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, the 17th Day of August, 2024 at 10.30 AM at Registered Office of the Company. The Notice of Annual General Meeting along with e-voting instructions is enclosed. The same is being circulated through electronic mode to all the shareholders of the Company whose E-mail addresses are registered with the Company or Depository Participant(s), in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).The Notice of Annual General Meeting is also available on the Company's website at www.sportking.co.in. Further, Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, the facility/option to transact through Remote Electronic Voting is also being provided to the shareholders. The remote E-voting will start on Wednesday, 14th August, 2024 at 09:00 am (IST) and ends on Friday, 16th August, 2024 at 05.00 pm (IST). Accordingly, for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically/physically, the Company has fixed Saturday, 10th August, 2024 as the cut-off date.
