Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2024 (Q1FY25).
The company has reported net loss at Rs 23.75 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to net loss of Rs 5.49 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company reported over 10 fold jump at Rs 201.53 crore for Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 19.45 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit at Rs 12.74 crore for Q1FY25 as compared to net loss of Rs 4.27 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 87.82% at Rs 206.70 crore for Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 110.05 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
