Ashok Leyland reports 6% fall in Q1 consolidated net profit

Ashok Leyland has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2024 (Q1FY25). 

The company has reported 8.82% fall in its net profit at Rs 525.58 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 as compared to Rs 576.42 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 4.62% at Rs 8,620.87 crore for Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 8,240.47 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 5.79% fall in net profit at Rs 550.65 crore for Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 584.49 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 10.47% at Rs 10,754.43 crore for Q1FY25 as compared to Rs 9,735.45 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
