Samyak International has acquired 16.87% additional stake in the equity share capital of Aadi Chemtrade (ACPL) on July 29, 2024 at a consideration of Rs 3.12 crore. Pursuant to the said acquisition, ACPL has become an Associate Company of Samyak International. Consequent upon the aforesaid acquisition, the shareholding of the Company in ACPL increased to 35.62% from 18.75%.
Samyak International is engaged in the manufacture of Scientific Equipment and Laboratory ware.
