Bhilwara Spinners has informed that 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 21st August, 2024 at 11:00 AM at its Registered Office-26, Industrial Area Gandhi Nagar Bhilwara (Rajasthan) 311001 pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, the 15th August, 2024 to Wednesday, the 21st August, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The Company has fixed Friday, 14th August, 2024 as the ‘CUT-OFF DATE’ for determining the eligibility of the members to vote by remote e-voting or voting at the Annual General Meeting’ The Company would be availing remote e-voting services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) prior to and during the AGM. The remote e-voting period commences on Sunday, 18th August, 2024 (9.00 AM).
