Ucal has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, the 14 August 2024, to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. They further informed that, in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which was closed from July 1, 2024 in terms of earlier notice dated June 27, 2024 related to Closure of the Trading Window, shall accordingly now remain closed till completion of 48 hrs after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024.
