Fiberweb (India) has informed that with reference to e-mail received on 31st July, 2024 seeking clarification on significant movement in the price of security at the Exchanges in the recent past, the Company is aware that as per Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to intimate to the Exchange all the events, information, etc. that have a bearing on the operations/ performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information etc. The Company has from time to time, promptly intimated the Stock Exchanges such events, information etc. The Company also confirmed that it is not aware of any price sensitive information which is required to be intimated to the Stock Exchange as per Regulation 30 and that has not been intimated to the Stock Exchange.
