Kesar India has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company with the name Kesar Green Power in Nagpur, Maharashtra, on August 02, 2024. The object of incorporation of this subsidiary is to diversify the company’s Business Operation in the Electric Power Transmission Sector.
Kesar India is engaged in the business of developing and constructing of Projects such as Residential & Commercial Plotting, residential, commercial and industrial buildings, colonies, mills and factory's buildings, workshop's building, etc.
