To consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2024 along with other business matters. 2. Any other businesses with the permission of the Chairperson. Further it has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in equity shares of the Company are closed from 1st July 2024, till forty eighty hours from the declaration of the Un-audited financial results.
