Jaysynth Orgochem has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, 05/2024-25 Board Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 13th August, 2024 at 12.00 Noon at the Registered Office of the Company at 301, Sumer Kendra, P.B. Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400018 to consider and approve Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. Further, pursuant to the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosures and Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and in accordance to its earlier communication dated 26th June, 2024, it was intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 01st July, 2024 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. Accordingly, the Trading window shall remain closed till Thursday, 15th August, 2024 and shall re-open on Friday, 16th August, 2024.
