Kesar India has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with the name ‘YK Infracon’ in Nagpur, Maharashtra on August 06, 2024. The object of incorporation of this subsidiary is to diversify the Company’s business of Construction and Real Estate Activities as per project and/or Activity. The initial subscription money shall be infused in the form of Cash.
Kesar India is engaged in the business of developing and constructing of Projects such as Residential & Commercial Plotting, residential, commercial and industrial buildings, colonies, mills and factory's buildings, workshop's building, etc.
