Further to letter dated 25th July, 2024, Goodricke Group has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 8th August, 2024 has approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024, after review of the same by the Audit Committee of the Board. In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para A, Part A of the Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they enclosed the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report of the Auditors thereon, as prepared in accordance with Regulation 33 of the said Regulations. The Meeting commenced at 11:00 AM (IST) and concluded at 4:00 PM (IST).
