Josts Engineering Company has incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the name and style of Josts Foundation, a Section 8 Company under Companies Act, 2013 on August 9, 2024, which will be used as Implementing Agency as prescribed by Ministry of Corporate Affairs for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a Certificate of Incorporation for the same and the same was received by it on August 10, 2024.
Jost's Engineering Company operates in three divisions, including material handling division, industrial finishing division and engineered products division.
