SEPC has informed that its Wholly Owned Subsidiary Shriram EPC FZE have received the Notice to commence work on Construction of Cement Project at a total project cost in excess of USD 325 Million (equivalent to in excess of Rs 2,700 Cr at current Exchange Rate) from JV OHONGORON SEMENT MS LLC at Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan. They are attaching the additional details as required by SEBI Circular Numbered SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, as Annexure- 1 to this letter.
