Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Swan Energy has informed that it enclosed the copy of Postal Ballot Notice. In compliance with the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the said Notice is being sent through electronic mode only to those members whose e-mail IDs are registered with the Company/ Depositories as on Friday, August 09, 2024, being the cut-off date. The Company has engaged National Securities Depository to provide e-Voting facility to its members. The e-Voting period commences at 9.00 am (IST) on Saturday, August 17, 2024, and ends at 5.00 pm (IST) on Monday, September 16, 2024. The communication of assent or dissent of the members would only take place through the e-Voting. The instructions for remote e-Voting are provided in the Postal Ballot Notice.
