With letter dated 14th August 2024 wherein the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 were submitted to the exchange in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SC Agrotech has informed that in the report submitted, the date of the period was inadvertently mentioned as 30th June 2023. The company is now attaching the revised Limited Review Report for the period ended 30th June 2024. However, except above change, there is no change in the results submitted to stock exchanges on 14.08.2024. The company has enclosed the corrected statement.
