Kiri Industries has informed that the Singapore International Commercial Court (SICC) issued a judgement today with respect to the legal cost award for the enforcement proceeding of the buy-out order in favour of the Company. In the Judgement dated August 29, 2024, SICC awarded: The Company is the successful party and is entitled to recovery of the legal cost from Senda International Capital for the sum of S$ 360,050 and for the disbursements of expenses for S$17,053.81 and US$6,415.18. The Company has to pay DyStar the legal costs of 5$125,705 and disbursements of expenses for S$8,126.91 and US$1,223.57.
