Harig Crankshafts has entered into agreement to sell undertaking of the Company comprising of land and building situated at Noida Phase-II, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh over a total area of 22343.10 Sq mtrs along with old Plant & Machinery (Now as scrap). The sale is subject to requisite approval of the members of the Company.
Harig Crankshafts manufactures crankshafts and performs forging applications for various companies in the automobile sector, particularly for tractors and commercial vehicles through its plant located in Noida.
