Maris Spinners has stated that the following among other things, was considered at the Board of Directors meeting held today, which started at 10.30 am; the Board considered the sanction order dated 20.08.2024 received from Government of Karnataka, sanctioning of Credit Linked Capital Subsidy of Rs 7,17,57,571 (Rs Seven crore seventeen lakh fifty seven thousand five hundred and seventy one only) under New Textile and Garment Policy 2019-2024 for Unit I at Mysore, Karnataka, and authorised A Harigovind, Wholetime Director, to sign all the documents as may be required for this purpose. The meeting concluded at 11.15 am.
