Rap Media has signed an agreement to acquire a stake in White River Properties LLP. The Company will hold 42.50% stake in White River Properties LLP through its direct capital contribution, and other remaining stake will be held by other partners. The Company, may, in one or more tranches, invest or extend loan to the LLP to extent of the Rs 20 crore, in accordance with applicable laws and terms and conditions and requirement of the LLP.
The objective of acquisition is to expand Company’s business of real estate development through new projects. The supplementary LLP agreement is executed on August 28, 2024.
