As per Regulation 34(2)(f) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the top thousand listed entities based on market capitalization shall submit a business responsibility and sustainability report in the format specified by Securities and Exchange Board of India through its vide circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD2/P/CIR/2021/562 dated May 10, 2021 regarding initiatives taken by the listed entity from an environmental, social and governance perspective. In this regard, Vipul has confirmed that the Company is not in the list of top one thousand listed entities based on market capitalization on the 31st day of March of financial year, April 01, 2023 to March 31, 2024. Hence, the Company is not submitting business responsibility and sustainability report to the stock exchanges where the equity shares of the Company are listed. Kindly take the aforesaid information on record in compliance of the Listing Regulations and bring the same to the notice of all concerned.
