Ruby Mills has informed that a team of officials from the Enforcement Directorate visited premises seeking information with respect to the investigation being conducted in the matter of Rajput Retail. The officials sought details of transactions relevant to the said investigation and payments made by the company as per NCLT directions to the Resolution Professional (RP). The company extended full co-operation by providing them with all relevant documents in this regard. Also informed that the said transactions were conducted in the ordinary course of business. The company has always conducted its business in total compliance with the laws of the land and follows the highest standards of compliance and governance.
