Sintex Industries has decided to focus on mass-housing product - Sintex Monolithic Concrete Construction, in the backdrop of a general economic slowdown that has impacted its other lines of business. Monolithic concrete construction is a time-and labour-saving technique, in which moulds or formwork of building sections are made and concrete is poured, literally making a cast of the house.
The company’s product range covers textiles and plastic products including building solutions and auto components, civil construction and EPC. With Automotive sales had dropped in the last two quarters and the outlook was uncertain.
