The notice convening the 30th AGM and Annual Report 2023-24, are being sent to the members by email whose email addresses are registered with the company/ RTA/ Depository participant(s). The Annual Report and notice for AGM are also uploaded on the website of the Company at www.inanimarbles.com. The details such as manner of casting vote through e-voting and attending the AGM has been set out in the Notice of the AGM.
