Arvind has made a further investment of Rs 48 crore by way of subscribing to equity shares of Arvind Technical Products (ATPPL), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company on Rights Basis, for meeting long term fund requirements, working capital expenditure and general corporate purposes. There will be no change in the company’s shareholding percentage in ATPPL. Arvind shall continue to hold 100% (together with nominees) in the ATPPL.
