Orbit Exports has entered into the ‘Deed of Assignment’ for transferring its leaseholds rights in the Premises (including land and building) located at Dombivli Industrial Area, Dist. Thane, admeasuring 1358 sq mtrs RCC on September 12, 2024.
The Assignee is the third-party not belonging to the Promoter/ Promoter Group/Group companies and the transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transaction. The consideration of such sale is Rs 8.53 crore.
