Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Schedule III of said regulation, Orbit Exports has informed that the Company has entered into the ‘Deed of Assignment’ for transferring its leaseholds rights in the Premises (including land and building) located at Plot no.: D-5/1, MIDC, Phase-I, Dombivli Industrial Area, Dist. Thane, admeasuring 1358 sq mtrs RCC on September 12, 2024. The Assignee is the third-party not belonging to the Promoter/ Promoter Group/Group companies and the transaction does not fall under the ambit of Related Party Transaction(s). The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/ CFO /CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, are given in the enclosed Annexure I.
