Simplex Castings has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and code of conduct on Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company, the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for all Designated Persons covered under the code from 1st October 2024 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the Quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2024 to the Public. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2024 will be intimated separately.
