International Conveyors has acquired the Equity shares of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy. The cost of acquisition is Rs 6.89 crore. Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy is end-to-end solar EPC solutions provider from Concept to Commissioning with an asset-light business model. Earlier, the company had acquired the Equity shares of ‘Bajaj Finance’.
