In compliance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), 2015, Ashiana Housing has informed that the current term of office of Abhishek Dalmia (DIN :00011958) and Sonal Matto (DIN:00106795) as Independent Directors of the Company expired on 30th August 2024, and consequently both of them have ceased to be Directors of the company with effect from that date. With the expiry of the current term of Abhishek Dalmia and Sonal Mattoo, both the directors have exhausted their two terms as Independent Director in terms of the provision of Section 149(10) of the Companies Act 2013. With this, the composition of the Board of the Directors of the Company now stands at 6 Directors, comprising of 3 Executive Directors and 3 Independent Directors which is in consonance with the requirements of Regulation 17 of SEBI (LODR), 2015. Further, the said intimation is submitted suo-motto by the Company as the said Independent Directors have ceased to become Directors on account of completion of their tenure and not due to resignation.
