Prime Urban Development India has received approval from Board of Directors for disinvestment in foreign subsidiary namely ‘Prime Urban North America INC’. The Company shall enter into Share Transfer agreement with the buyer 'American Holdings Group INC' within 10 days from the date of members’ approval.
The proposed transaction will be completed within one month from the signing of Share Transfer agreement. On completion of the proposed transaction, Prime Urban Development India will receive $68,310 as consideration. American Holdings Group INC is engaged in the business of management of Companies and Enterprises.
Prime Urban Development India is the domestic supplier of cotton yarns to 100% EOU Fabric manufacturers also a domestic supplier of knitted undergarments to leading brands.
