Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, H S India has informed that, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company by all the designated person including their immediate relatives of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Statement of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2024. The Company has also complied with the requirements of SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, regarding Trading Window closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘PIT Regulations’) - Framework for restricting trading by Designated Persons (‘DPs’) by freezing PAN at security level. The date of the Board Meeting for considering Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2024 will be intimated in due course
