Nitin Fire Protection Industries has informed that it enclosed the compliance certificate pursuant to Regulation 40(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the half year period from 1st October, 2019 to 31st March, 2020 issued by AVS & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries. The Company is under Liquidation vide NCLT order 3.1.A 259/2022 IN C.P.(IB)-1890(MB)/2018 dated 9th February, 2022 in terms of the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC’) and the regulations frame thereunder. Pursuant to the said order and the provisions of IBC, the powers of the Board of Directors have been suspended and such powers are vested with Uliyar Balakrishna Bhat in the capacity of Liquidator of the Company.
