Taparia Projects has informed that in accordance with The SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time read with The Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for Buying/Selling/Pledging/Trading/Dealing(s) etc. in securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from Tuesday, 01st October, 2024 for the Directors, Promoters, and Designated Persons till the end of forty-eight hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2024. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and approval of unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2024 shall be intimated in due course.
