SPS International has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for the Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) to regulate, monitor, and report trading by insiders (‘Code’), the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be remain closed from Tuesday, October 01st, 2024 till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/half-year ended as on 30th September 2024. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in the Company’s Shares/securities.
