Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (POIT) Regulations, 2015 & Company’s ‘Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons’, Raghuvansh Agrofarmsm has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 01, 2024 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Stand-alone (including Consolidated) Un-Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 30th September, 2024, for dealing in the Securities of the Company. During the closure of Trading Window, Designated Persons and insiders are prohibited not to deal in the shares of the Company. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of above said financial results shall be intimated in due course.
