Further to its letter dated 03rd September, 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Fiberweb (India) has informed that it attached summary of proceedings of 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on 27th September, 2024 at 09.00 am at the Hotel Ocean Inn, Plot No. 20, Devka Beach, Nani Daman (U.T.) - 396 210. The meeting concluded at 09:30 am (IST). Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the combined results of the remote e-voting and voting during AGM through ballot papers along with the consolidated Scrutinizers report will be submitted to the Stock Exchanges within the prescribed timelines as mentioned in the said Regulations.
