Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 as amended from time to time and the Company’s Code of Conduct framed under the said provisions, Mayur Floorings has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for all the Insiders (including Directors and Connected/Designated persons and their immediate relatives) from October 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter / Period ended 30th September 2024. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter / Period ended 30th September 2024 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all the insiders (including Director and connected Designated persons and their immediate relatives) under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
