Healthy Life Agritec has informed that the trading window shall remain closed with effect from 01st October, 2024 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 by the Board of Directors. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key managerial Personnel and all the Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company’s Shares/Securities.
