Creative Casting has informed that pursuant to Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives), shall remain closed with effect from October 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the 2nd quarter ended on September 30, 2024. The date of Board Meeting to be held for considering, the Unaudited Financial Results for the above-mentioned period, will be intimated to BSE in due course of time as per the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015.
