Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, B.L. Kashyap and Sons has informed that the second term of five consecutive years of Hasanand Nanani, Independent Director of the Company has completed on September 28, 2024 and consequently he ceased to be Independent Director of the Company with effect from September 29, 2024. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Hasanand Nanani during his tenure as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEB/HO/ CFD/ CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure A.
