ITCONS E-Solutions has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for trading/dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Director, Officers and Designated Employees, from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2024. Accordingly, all Director, Officers and Designated Employees of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. The date of Board meeting to consider and approve the aforesaid financial results of the Company would be intimated in due course.
