The Board Meeting date to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended on September 30, 2024 will be informed in due course. All Promoters/designated/connected persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
