Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, Remedium Lifecare has informed that the Company has engaged Wave Capital as an exclusive Lead Manager to Company for acquisition of overseas project within the limit of US$200 Million. The disclosures in respect of the said engagement, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with Schedule III thereto and the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-1/P/CIR/2023/123, is attached as Annexure -A to this letter.
