Vinyoflex has informed that the Regulation 57(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, is not applicable to the Company as there are no non-convertible securities issued by the Company and it confirmed that: There was no payment due of interest/dividend/principal obligations for nonconvertible securities during the quarter ended 30th September, 2024. And; There is no unpaid interest/dividend/principal obligations in relation to the nonconvertible securities as on 30th September, 2024.
