In accordance with Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Premier Energies has informed that Premier Energies International and Premier Energies Photovoltaic, both subsidiaries of the company (Premier Energies), have received and accepted multiple orders from various customers amounting to a total value of INR 765 crore. These orders comprise INR 632 crore for solar modules and INR 133 crore for solar cells. The supply of these modules is scheduled to commence in July 2025. Details as per SEBI Circular no SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure I.
