Ceenik Exports (India) has informed that in continuation to intimation dated September 04, 2024, wherein the company informed that the Company has made an application to the office of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, seeking an extension to time by three months for the convening of Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2023-24. The Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra vide its approval letter dated October 16, 2024, has accorded its approval to the Company under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 allowing the Company to conduct its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024 on or before December 31, 2024, an extension of three (3) months to hold the Annual General Meeting. In view of the above-mentioned approval accorded to the Company read with Order dated October 16, 2024 of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, allowing general extension to hold AGM by three months to the Companies falling under its jurisdiction, the Company shall convene its AGM for the Financial Year 2023-24 within such extended timeline and the date of AGM shall be intimated in due course of time, upon the approval of the Board.
