Aditya Spinners has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 7th day of November, 2024 at the Corporate Office of the Company at 6-3-668/10/66, Durga Nagar Colony, Punjagutta, Hyderabad-500082, Telangana, India to approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2024. As per the Company’s Code of Conduct and in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons of the Company from 1st October, 2024 and will open after 48 hours of the announcement and intimation of the Results by the Company to the Stock Exchange on 7th November, 2024.
